At BConcept Store Bali, we carefully inspect every item before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
No Refund Policy, All purchases are final.We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exception
A refund will only be issued if:
- The purchased item is unavailable or sold out after your order has been confirmed; or
* We are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory issues. - In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the item
* Photographs of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by BConcept Store Bali.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, clearance, or sale events are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
